Food service

The food service is only available by reservation. 

The food service for housed guests is carried out through the half board service, which includes breakfast and dinner. Even those who do not stay can honour us with their presence, but only by booking. The products used to prepare the dishes come from our garden and from local producers with attention to those of Chieti’s province and the whole Abruzzo. Considering seasonality, we choose local products for our cooking, thanks to careful research on the territory, picking them up directly from the production site.

Our menus are simple but essential and they can be agreed upon booking. Attention will be paid to allergies and/or intolerances if these are communicated at least one day in advance of the event. 

The setting up of the room and the service are also simple. Fresh pasta and desserts are homemade. When in season, we take fruit, vegetables, and aromatic herbs directly from our garden or farmer friends in Miglianico and Ripa Teatina. Decorated ceremonial cakes are made by external pastry shops. Sitting at the table has always been an opportunity for listening, conviviality, exchange, sociality. The refreshment point was born with this spirit, especially for holiday guests, and it is today extended to those who want to carry out their event, even for a simple recurrence in the dedicated space. Food service for our housed guests is reserved in the room with a fireplace where, especially in colder months, you can enjoy an exclusive atmosphere, finishing the meal around its warmth, listening to many tales while sipping a good glass of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Given the health regulations in force that recommend the digitization of menus, we chose to make our foods and typical dishes known through a digital menu which, in addition to offering the various lists of allergens, allows you to order independently before arriving at our location.
